We have a very unique 1934 Willys Woody Wagon Drag Car for sale. Built from a 1934 Willys 4-door Sedan as a one off drag car. Fiber glass tilt front end; extended wheel base and an all tube chassis. Nine inch Ford rear end, parachute & wheelie bars. Wheels: ET, Tires: Hoosier. This wicked drag car was professionally built by Doug Grey in Bend, Oregon, 2003-2004.
Car has a pink slip and could be re-configured for street use. Car stops great and runs straight. Pulls front wheels about 3" off the ground and has never needed a wheelie bar.
Chassis:
Chris Alston built 33 Coupe chassis. 4-link, Strange double adjustable aluminum coil-overs, Fab 9”, Moser 35 spline axles, Moser third member (4:56) with spool, Wilwood rear disc brakes, 108” wheelbase, A.R.T. sway bar, wishbone and wheelie bar, new, never used parachute, Strange adjustable struts, manual rack and pinion steering.
Body:
Steel 34 cowl, rest of body is fiberglass by Fiberglass Dave of LaGrange, California. 5” Auto Gauge tach with shift lights and low oil pressure gauge and Summit water temperature gauge. Wood grain and paint by Tom Stockero at Professional Auto. Base coat/clear coat that has never been sanded or buffed; hood ornament, headlights, taillights, SS hinges by Willy Replacement Parts. Tigereye maple headliner.
NHRA:
Current seatbelt, window net, Summit Racing 5-gallon aluminum fuel cell. Fuse block is behind glove box.

Won Bracket 1 at Champion Raceway June 2007 running 9:80’s @ 133 MPH in 90-95 degree heat. 12 Runs, best 60’ 1.423, worst 1.436
Ran 9:61 @ 135MPH at Woodburn and 6:06 @ 113 at Woodburn as well. Also ran 9.640 on a 964 dial with a 4.97 red light.

It is a newly built 530 cubic inch all aluminum Indy motor that is fresh with no runs. Has a 1271 super charger, B-1 heads, BDS fuel injection, as well as a 2-4bbl carburetor set up. Engine boasts approximately 1000 horsepower, torqueflight transmission and more. Over $35k has been invested in the engine alone.
