We are offering this rare and beautiful 1959 Ford Thunderbird Convertible for sale. The current owner has treasured this beauty for over 10 years putting on very few miles.
The paint was done several years ago yet looks fresh. The interior was completely redone and finished last month. In the 1990's, and just a few thousand miles ago, the engine was completely and professionally rebuilt. The car starts, runs and drives absolutely faultlessly with no smoke or funny noises.
The engine purrs! The transmission shifts at all the prescribed shift points and the brakes stop like new. It drives razor straight with plenty of power and tight handling. The suspension is tight without sagging and handles with precision.
The body is absolutely rust free and solid. There are no signs of past damage and we are told that the body was immaculate prior to the paint work. The floors are rock solid as well. All of the interior options including lights and gauges work (except clock).
