Beautiful 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible for sale wearing its original black and gold California license plates. This attractive Pony has been with the same enthusiast owners for nearly 40 years and beautifully cared for.

Built June 15th of 1967 in San Jose, this lovely Mustang left the factory in the same colors and configuration you see it in now, Brittany Blue Metallic with Light and Dark Blue Crinkle Vinyl. It has a 289ci 225HP V8, C4 Automatic Transmission and factory 2.79:1, Conventional rear-end.

The body and paint are stunning and rust-free. It was properly disassembled, stripped and repainted in 1994 and still looks fantastic all-around along with the chrome and stainless trim, glass and rubber. In addition, it has a beautiful and impressive rust free original undercarriage.

Inside is a treat as well. The restored interior has been well preserved and is wonderfully comfortable without the squeaks and rattles many of these open Mustangs experience. All of the interior accessories are in good working order, gauges, switches, lighting, radio and power top.

The doors shut well, gaps and alignments are all nice. Also, it has a tidy trunk with a correct mat and spare cover along with spare tire and jack.

The 225HP 289ci V8 was properly and thoroughly rebuilt 7,000 miles ago in 2008 and the transmission rebuilt 19k miles ago and still shifting with precision. It has a fantastic sounding mild dual exhaust equipped with Hushpower Flowmasters. The car has a newer battery and a recent service including oil and lube just 500 miles ago. The tires have around 90% tread remaining.
