1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Sport Coupe for sale in Sonoma, California. I don't represent many muscle cars so I have to really like one to take it in and this Chevelle is a car I would happily own myself.

This California car was produced in the Van Nuys, California assembly plant and delivered in Green Mist, nicely equipped as a family car with the 350 V8/Automatic and factory air conditioning. The previous owner restored the car to its current state sometime in the early 2000's.

The car starts; runs and drives with ease. It was set up to use as a daily driver and navigates modern roads and traffic with ease. It has a GM crate 350 that was installed by the current owner around 40k miles ago that runs beautifully along with a newer 350 automatic transmission with turbo shift kit, 8 1/2" Rally wheels with new tires, power steering, power brakes, dual Flowmaster exhaust system, dual feed 4-bbl carburetor, electronic choke, Billet distributor, rpm, water and oil pressure gauges and a new battery.

The custom sound system is over the top, with 600W & 400W Amps (1000w Total). Dual 12" Kenwood subwoofers in the trunk and four inside speakers, CD player and iPod connection. This is a factory air conditioning car so putting a system back in would be relatively simple and inexpensive. The heating, lights, wipers and other accessories are in good working order.

The exterior restoration is older but still looks very nice. The paint has a nice shine, the quarters are straight and there is no rust around the front and rear windows. There is very minor bubbling in the door corner areas which is typical but not meriting any attention at this point.

Other than this the car looks to be rust-rot-free, The undercarriage is absolutely solid along with the frame. This is a very solid and straight, good car yet expect some minor imperfections after dozen-plus years of use.

The interior has no needs and as you can see very clean and well insulated making it quiet and relaxing to drive. It has a nice wooden Grant steering wheel, clean dash, carpet, headliner, panels, and seating. Window tint keeps the interior cool.

This is an excellent Chevelle for some looking for a reliable, fast and comfortable daily-driver. Very nice car.
